Berger for property in the 19th Ward for addition to Mount Washington Park; both for public purposes at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and  Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to accept a deed from the following, Geary Caliguiri conveying certain property in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated as parcel 6-A-344 and 6-A-345, vacant land located at 5 and 7 Horner Street as additions to the Duquesne Heights Greenway and part of the Grandview Scenic Byway Park and Martin S. Berger conveying certain property in the 19th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated as parcels 4-N-157, 212 Ottawa Street, 4-N-163, 213 Ottawa Street, and 15-A37, 504 Hibbs Street as additions to Mount Washington Park and part of the Grandview Scenic Byway Park in fee simple and at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.
 
 
 
Section 2.
 
S0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said acceptance shall be subject to the following term and conditions:
 
(a)      All state and local transfer taxes, if any shall be paid by the City of Pittsburgh
 
(b)  All property closing charges shall be paid by the City of Pittsburgh.
