Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures for the maintenance and enhancement of City recreation and senior centers.  Cost not to exceed $50,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures for the maintenance and enhancement of City recreation and senior centers in an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Account 600000, Fund 2610, Organization 500000, Subclass C2010, Year 2010, Project/Grant 2215010 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
