Resolution amending resolution 337-10, effective June 4, 2010, regarding the 2010 CDBG Street Resurfacing Program, by increasing the total by $381,200.00, from $2,318,800.00, to $2,700,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 337-10, effective June 4, 2010, which currently reads as follows:

The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for street resurfacing programs to include hot mix asphalt, crack sealing, equipment purchases, sawing and sealing, asphalt milling, truck rental, brick and blockstone repairs, handicap ramps, concrete slab replacement and parks related asphalt work in CDBG areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Two million three hundred eighteen thousand eight hundred($2,318,800.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org. 440000, Sub-Class C2010, Project 2239000, Budget Year 2010, Account 525500,Street Resurfacing, Department of Public Works.

Is hereby amended to read as follows:

The Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for street resurfacing programs to include hot mix asphalt, Hot-In-Place Asphalt Recycling Pilot Program, crack sealing, equipment purchases, sawing and sealing, asphalt milling, truck rental, brick and blockstone repairs, handicap ramps, concrete slab replacement and parks related asphalt work in CDBG areas throughout the City of Pittsburg...
