Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City, are authorized to enter into a License Agreement with The Pittsburgh Steelers to allow for the use of the City Seal on official Steelers-branded merchandise, at zero cost to the City. All incoming funds generated under this agreement will be allocated into the following account: 11101.107000.43905

Section 2.                     The License Agreement shall be subject to the City Solicitor’s approval as to form.
