Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license, R-7710, from Los Patrones, Inc., located at 1138-1141 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238 to the Applicant, REVA HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, INC. D/B/A REVA MODERN INDIAN CUISINE, located at 220 N. Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, ?4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
REVA HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, INC., which has a mailing address of 104 Whitney Drive, Cranberry Township, PA 16066, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-7710, which is currently registered to Los Patrones, Inc., located at 1138 - 1141 Freeport Road, Pittsburgh, O'Hara Township, PA 15238, desires to place a liquor license into premises known as REVA HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, INC. D/B/A REVA MODERN INDIAN CUISINE numbered as at 220 N. Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. The proposed interior of the premises is 1400 square foot floor area.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning intent to transfer the above liquor license.
