Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Larson Design Group Inc. for costs associated with RAISE Hill District Project, providing for the payment of costs thereof, not to exceed Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) reimbursable at eighty percent, to be paid from the following accounts:
