Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Agreements, between the City of Pittsburgh and D'Appolonia, for professional design services for Cowley-Goettman Recreation Center’s reconstruction, at a City cost not to exceed Six-Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand, Six-Hundred Ninety Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents ($675,690.68), chargeable and payable from JDE account numbers:
