Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Tax Collection Committee to pay expenses of operating the Allegheny County Central Tax Collection District related to tax collection.  Said agreement shall not exceed Eleven Thousand One Hundred and Six Dollars and Seventy-Five Cents ($11,106.75), chargeable to and payable from Department of Finance, Miscellaneous Services, Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 107000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2010.
