Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Proud Haven for one-time financial assistance for the 2024 Pittsburgh Pride Celebration in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00), chargeable to and payable from 11101.102000.53.53901.2024.
