Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget to enter into an Agreement or Agreement(s) with Auberle for services relating to Non-Congregate Shelter Services related to the HOME-ARP program, for a total not to exceed One Million Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Auberle for services relating to Non-Congregate Shelter for the HOME-ARP program, for a total not to exceed of One Million Five-Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00).
Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:
2021: 1226300721.58101.00 HOME-ARP $1,500,000.00
Finally, that any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
