Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $13,000.00 warrant in favor of Sana Abu-Dahab c/o Brian W. DelVecchio, Esquire, The Law Firm of Swensen, Perer & Kontos, One Oxford Centre, Suite 2501, Pittsburgh, PA  15219, in settlement of personal injuries and damages, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
