Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $3,347.55 warrant in favor of Caryn Lenz, 1817 Bader Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, in settlement of a claim for property damage to a vehicle from an accident with a City Environmental Services vehicle on February 19, 2010, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
