Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:      

The Mayor or the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award  and to enter a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, and providing for the design, improvements, and/or the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies in connection with the Squirrel Hill Gateway Project, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
