Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to receive grant funding to support the City of Pittsburgh's Public Art Component of the Comprehensive Plan and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed fifty thousand ($50,000) dollars.
 
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to submit a grant application to and execute relevant agreements with the Heinz Endowments in order to conduct or support the Public Art Component of the Comprehensive Plan for the City. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund: account 481140, fund 2940, sub class 600, organization code 110000, project PRC1171,  budget year 2010, Department of City Planning.
 
Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for professional services to conduct or support the development of the Public Art Component of the City's Comprehensive Plan under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Heinz Endowments chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund: account: 500000, fund: 2940, sub class 600, organization code 110000, project PRC1171, budget year 2010, Department of City Planning.
