Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services agreement or agreements for the annual maintenance and support of software necessary for the processing and administration of Personnel and Civil Service applications for employment and providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed $12,218.75.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for the annual maintenance and support of software necessary for processing and administering Personnel and Civil Service applications for employment. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Twelve Thousand, Two Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Seventy-five Cents ($12,218.75), are chargeable to and payable from Code Account 525100, Fund 1000, Sub Class 150, Organization Code 109000, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, Budget Year 2010.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council in respective budget years from the following chart accounts:
