Resolution amending Resolution 657 of 2022, which provided providing for an amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for costs associated with the Preliminary Engineering Design, Final Design, & Right of Way phases of the Swindell Bridge project construction project, and providing for the payment of municipal incurred costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Thousand ($1,700,000.00) dollars Three Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($3,800,000.00), an increase of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,100,000.00) from the previously executed agreement (54006.1); reimbursable at ninety five percent; and the municipal share of Commonwealth Incurred Costs not to exceed One Thousand Five Hundred ($1,500.00) dollars Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00), a zero Dollar ($0.00) Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($5,500.00) increase from the previously executed agreement (54006.1).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
