Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to receive a grant from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency in the form of Narcan, fentanyl test strips and xylazine test strips valued at FORTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($40,583.50) to be distributed by the Office of Community Health and Safety.
