Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $5,000.00 warrant in favor of Henry & Ruth Schwartz, 1600 Forsythe Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, in settlement of a claim for improper razing of a garage, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
