Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of University of Southwestern PA Commission for one year membership dues in an amount not to exceed NINETY-SIX THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED AND ONE DOLLARS and ZERO CENTS ($96,801.00), chargeable to and payable from 11101.102200.53.53101.2024.
