Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a  warrant to be issued in the amount of $15,000.00 in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of, Pennsylvania, at 2:09-cv-159, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
