Resolution amending Resolution No. 48, approved February 4,  2005, entitled "Resolution providing for the implementation of the Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "DD" in the Southside community (Council District #3) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549," so as to amend the streets included in Area "DD".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.            As provided by the Pittsburgh City Code, Chapter 549, entitled "Residential Parking Permit Program", a parking management plan is adopted as follows:

For the Area bounded by: South 17^th Street between Jane Street and its southern terminus; South 18^th Street between Jane Street and Edwards Way; South 19^th Street between Jane Street and Mary Street; South 20^th Street between Harcum Way and Mary Street; Harcum Way between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street; Mary Street Between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street; and Edwards Street between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street.

IS HEARBY AMMENED TO READ:

For the Area bounded by: South 17^th Street between Carey way and its southern terminus; South 18^th Street between Jane Street and Edwards Way; South 19^th Street between Jane Street and Mary Street; South 20^th Street between Harcum Way and Mary Street; Harcum Way between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street; Mary Street Between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street; and Edwards Street between South 17^th Street and South 20^th Street.
