Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an Agreement with Hartford Fire and Insurance Company to allow co-sponsorship of a "Pothole Patrol" day in the City of Pittsburgh.   Cost not to exceed $3,800.00.

WHEREAS, Hartford Fire and Insurance Company has offered to donate money to fund four City of Pittsburgh trucks and repair crews for a co-sponsored "Pothole Patrol Day" on May  26, 2010; and  
 
WHEREAS, the now parties wish to enter into an Agreement to set forth the responsibilities and duties of the parties.  
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Hartford Fire and Insurance Company to accept Thirty-Eight Hundred Dollars ($3,800.00) to fund four City of Pittsburgh trucks and repair crews for a "Pothole Patrol Day" on May 26, 2010.  The Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.   Funds are to be deposited to, and the corresponding expenses paid from the Public Works Trust Fund, Fund 2843, Org., 400000, Account 526100, Sub-Class 600, Budget Year 2010.
