Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Finance is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, award and enter into a contract or contracts or use existing contracts for the furnishing and delivery of hand held computers and associated software for the Bureau of Building Inspection, Department of Public Safety, at a cost not to exceed two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), chargeable to and payable from Code Account Capital Project Funds, Project 2267349, Fund 6100, Sub-Class PGHPR, Organization 270000, Budget Year 2010, Account 000000.
