Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of Blaine Lucas of Babst, Calland, Clements & Zomnir, PC, Two Gateway Center, 603 Stanwix Street, 7^th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15222 for representation of the City of Pittsburgh in the Lamar Advertising Company LED Zoning Appeal, at a cost not to exceed Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2010.
