Resolution amending Resolution 464 of 2023 authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to execute an agreement(s) with the Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) in order to continue providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for City residents by extending PRC's services for an additional one (1) year and increasing the authorized spend by One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($135,000.00) for a new total amount not to exceed of Three Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars ($310,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution 464 of 2023, entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 194 of 2022, which authorized the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, to execute relevant agreement(s) to authorize the Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for City residents, by adding an additional one (1) year for an amount not to exceed One Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00)" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are further authorized to enter into agreements and contracts, or utilize existing agreements or contracts, at a cost not to exceed ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (175,000.00) dollars, THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($310,000.00) for the purposes of providing electronic waste collection and recycling services for City residents under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Resources Council, payable from JDE account:
