Resolution providing for an agreement or agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the police station enhancements and technology and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $254,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreements and/or contract or contracts, or to use and existing contract or contracts for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the police station enhancements and technology at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Dollars ($254,000) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Funding for this project will be available in the following Capital chartfield:
