Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or for the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Project Management Services, to assist the City in the implementation of our Federal and State funded projects; providing for the payment of the costs thereof; and further providing for a Reimbursement Agreement with the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation. Cost not to exceed $250,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Project Management Services, to assist the City in the implementation of our Federal and State funded projects, at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Reimbursement Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Transportation, for reimbursement of the state government's share of costs to the City.
