Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No.768, effective, January 1, 2010, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program," by adding federal funding in the amount of $200,000.00 to the "Project Management Services" line item ($50,000 CITY/$200,000 FHWA).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 768, effective, January 1, 2010, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
