Resolution further amending Resolution No. 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2007 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring the "Phillips Deck Hockey" line item in the amount of $50,000.00 to new line items entitled "Traffic Division Plotter Printer" in the amount of $35,000.00 and "Brookline Community Fitness Center" in the amount of $15,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 833, effective January 1, 2002, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
