Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Southwestern Pennsylvania Corporation (“SPC”) in the amount of Thirty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($32,500.00) for a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for Allegheny County and the City of Pittsburgh, chargeable to and payable from 6009900019.54205.00.
