Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine - Zoning, Article II, Base Zoning District; Chapter 905, Special Purpose Districts, Section 905.02, H, Hillside District - by adding language that requires Council approval for any proposed sub-division of zoned Hillside property.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.       The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine - Zoning, Article II, Base Zoning district; Chapter 905, Special Purpose Districts, Section 905.02 H, Hillside District is hereby amended by inserting:

905.02.A.1       Subdivision Oversight

Any proposed subdivision of parcels zoned "H, Hillside District" shall be forwarded to City Council for approval.  The subdivision shall be forwarded with a recommendation from the Planning Commission.

No action shall be taken to prepare or approve the sale, transfer, or occupancy of any applicable property until and unless council approves the subdivision plan.
