Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 10, 11, and 15 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Stanton Heights neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps Nos. 10, 11, and 15 of the Pittsburgh Code is hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.

1. From R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density, to R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density, all certain properties designated as 81-E-141, 81-E-143, 81-E-145, 81-E-146, 81-E-148, 81-E-149, 81-E-150, 81-E-151, 81-E-152, 81-E-153, 81-E-153-A, 81-E-154, 81-E-155, 81-E-157, 81-E-160, 81-E-162, 81-E-165, 81-E-167 81-E-140, 81-E-138, 81-E-137, 81-E-136, 81-E-135, 81-E-133, 81-E-132, 81-E-130, 81-E-127, 81-E-125, 81-E-123, 81-E-120, and 81-E-119.

2.
