Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an amended Agreement or Agreements with CSX Transportation for costs associated with the Construction for the Charles Anderson Bridge Project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Three Dollars ($439,223.00), federally reimbursable at 95% 100%; to be paid from the following accounts:
