Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R-10217, from La Romana Inc., 200-202 N. Monongahela Ave., Glassport PA, 15045 to Applicant Jen Jack Inc., 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222 into the premises to be known as Fox Hunt Café, 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-10217, from La Romana Inc., 200-202 N. Monongahela Ave., Glassport PA,15045 to Applicant Jen Jack Inc., 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222 c/o Jacqueline R. Spyra and Jennifer R. Spyra, 151 Fort Pitt 15222, in to a premises to be known as Fox Hunt Café, 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
Section 2. Request for Approval
Jen Jack Inc., which has the mailing address of 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222, c/o Jacqueline R. Spyra and Jennifer R. Spyra, 151 Fort Pitt 15222, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-10217, which is currently registered to La Romana Inc., 200-202 N. Monongahela Ave., Glassport PA, 15045 desires to place a restaurant liquor license into the premises known as Fox Hunt Café, 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222. The proposed interior of the premises is a restaurant cafe business.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Jen Jack Inc., 119 First Ave., Pittsburgh PA, 15222 intent to the above liquor license.
