• Title: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend and congratulate Robin Rosemary Miller on her tenth anniversary as executive director of the NorthSide/NorthShore Chamber of Commerce, and does hereby declare March 4, 2010, to be “Robin Rosemary Miller Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, Robin Rosemary Miller, who holds a degree in broadcast journalism from Penn State University, and who has worked in marketing and advertising for local companies and nonprofits, remains one of the biggest promoters of the North Side as a place to live, work, do business, and visit; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Miller has long served the public as a member of Pittsburgh's Public Safety Committee and the Clean Pittsburgh Commission, among others; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Miller has worked tirelessly on the various amenities of the North Side, such as the Garden Theater, and is now spearheading the new NorthSide Now magazine; and

WHEREAS, Ms. Miller continues to see high potential for all areas of the North Side, especially its business districts; and

WHEREAS, the NorthSide/NorthShore Chamber of Commerce will be celebrating Ms. Miller's tenth anniversary as Executive Director at a networking event on March 4^th;
