Title
Resolution further amending and supplementing Resolution No. 311, effective January 1, 1996, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 1996 Capital Budget and the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 1996 through 2000 Capital Improvement Program," by adjusting various line items in accordance with Comprehensive Capital Budget Amendments.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Resolution No. 311, effective January 1, 1996, as amended entitled: "Adopting and approving the 1996 Capital Budget and the 1996 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 1996 through 2000 Capital Improvement Program," is hereby amended by realigning funds between various projects as shown in Attachment A and Attachment B.
