Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, or with a Vendor or Vendors, for the purchase and installation of materials and supplies necessary for the "Planning Commission Room Acoustics Improvement," at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00," chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
