Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Carlow University in an amount not to exceed ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($113,400.00) dollars from the Grants Trust Fund account 0229400443.53901.00.

Section 2.                     Said agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
