Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City of Pittsburgh ("City") is hereby authorized, through its appropriate officers and officials, to execute such documents and deed in form approved by the City Solicitor, and take all steps legally required to convey the following described property having been placed for sale by offering said property to adjoining property owners in conjunction with the City of Pittsburgh/City Source Associates Sideyard Program, for the sum of $200.00 per parcel. Said sale being made under Act No. 171 of 1984, entitled, "Second Class City Treasurer Sale and Collection Act", effective December 11, 1984.
