Resolution authorizing the issuance of a warrant in favor of Cozen O'Connor in an amount not to exceed Thirty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents ($34,386.55) for professional legal services in connection with the Post-Secondary Education Privilege Tax.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Cozen O'Connor, P O Box 7777-1385, Philadelphia, PA 19175-1385 in an amount not to exceed Thirty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Six Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents ($34,386.55) in payment of professional legal services without previous authority of law in connection with the Post-Secondary Education Privilege Tax, chargeable to and payable from Account 526100, Fund 1000, Organization 108000, Subclass 150, Budget Year 2010, in the Department of Law.
