Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, providing for the design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the installation of traffic signal hardware throughout the City; and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $35,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor or the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts and providing for the design, repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the installation of traffic signal hardware throughout the City at a cost not to exceed $35,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
