Resolution further amending Resolution No.768, effective, as amended, entitled "Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program," by transferring $628,000.00 ($125,600 CITY/$502,400 FHWA) from the "Brookline Boulevard" line item to the "Bates Street/Second Avenue Intersection" line item in the amount of $628,000.00 ($125,600 CITY/$502,400 FHWA).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 768, effective, January 1, 2010, as amended, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
