Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 689, effective December 31, 2008 entitled "Resolution providing that the City enter into a temporary professional services agreement for the purpose of providing an excess workers' compensation insurance policy, cost not to exceed $390,893" so as to increase the amount by $61,684 from $390,893 to $452,577.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Amending Resolution No. 689, effective December 31, 2008, entitled "Resolution providing that the City enter into a temporary professional services agreement for the purpose of providing an excess workers' compensation insurance policy, cost not to exceed $390,893" by increasing the amount by Sixty One Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Dollars ($61,684) from Three Hundred Ninety Thousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-Three Dollars ($390,893) to Four Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Seven Dollars ($452,577). This amount shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 574600, Fund 8170, Organization 999300, SubClass 600, and Budget Year 2010, Department of Personnel and Civil Service.
Section 2. The City Controller shall encumber funds for the annual contract, subject to the amount of funds to be appropriated by City Council from the following chart accounts:
