Title

An Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code of Ordinances, Title One, Administrative, by deleting language.  

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      That Ordinance No. 9, of 2002, which amended Ord. No. 13, of 2001, which currently reads:

"Section 1.  The implementation of Section 161.33, Title One, Administrative, Chapter 161, is delayed until such time that Allegheny County implements a legally enforceable Living Wage Ordinance."

Is hereby repealed in its entirety.  

(Note:  Section 161.33 was herein codified as Section 161.35)
