Title

Resolution vacating a 20' Unnamed Way, also know as Paul Place, northward from Capital Avenue in the 19^th Ward, 4^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Body

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of the majority of property fronting or abutting on the line of this 20' Unnamed Way in the 19^th Ward, 4^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and

WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification of the city from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by and persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That vacating a portion of a 20' Unnamed Way, also known as Paul Place between Lot 217 and a portion of Lot 218 and Lot 178 and a portion of Lot 177 for a distance of 42 feet in the Paul Place Plan of the Lots containing 840 square feet, as laid out in the Paul Place Plan of Lots, recorded in the Record's Office of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 21, Pages 156, 157,158: adjacent to Lot and Block 61-A-21 and terminating at the previously vacated portion as per Ordinance 541, approved September 29, 1969 and also reserving the right of easement of any water lines located therein, and the existing 6" sewer line to be abandoned and remain as a private sanitary lateral for all contiguous stake holders use, in the 19^th Ward, 4^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh as described above shall be and the same is hereby vacated.
