Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and CIS are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contract, or Agreement or Agreements, with Granicus, 568 Howard Street, 3^rd Floor, San Francisco, CA  94105, in form approved by the City Solicitor, for the purchase of hardware, software, installation, training and annual support for video streaming of City Council Meetings, beginning in January, 2010, at a cost not to exceed $42,000, chargeable to and payable as follows:
