Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from GPR-C, Grandview Public Realm Subdistrict to AP, Residential/Commercial Planned Unit Development District, all that certain property identified as Block No. 4-C, Lot Number 70 in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System; 19th Ward.
 
Section 2.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial District to AP, Residential/Commercial Planned Unit Development District, all that certain property identified as Block No. 4-C, Lot Numbered 80; Block No. 4-G, Lots Numbered 231, 233, 234, 235, 236, 237, 238, 238-A, 239, 239-A, 240, 244, 245, 246, 247, 250, 251, and 255; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 18th and 19th Wards.
 
Section 3.      Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from R2-H, Residential Two-Unit High Density District to AP, Residential/Commercial Planned Unit Development District, all that certain property identified as Block Number 4-G, Lots Numbered 213, 216, 217, 218, 219, and 220; all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 19th Ward.
 
Section 4.      This Amendment shall take effect only upon the recording of a Planning Commission approved Improvement Subdivision Site Plan for the subject property in the Office of Recorder of Deeds, County of Allegheny, within two years of the date of enactment of this Ordinance.
