Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a professional services agreement or agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with First Data Government Solutions to provide on-going system maintenance services to the City of Pittsburgh for the operation of the ISAT data system for a period of two (2) years, July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2011, at a total cost not to exceed Thirty-five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00), per year chargeable to and payable from Miscellaneous Services, Department of Finance, Account 525100, Fund 1000 Organization 107000, Sub-Class 150, Budget Years 2010.
