Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of David Hackbart; c/o Thomas J. Farrell Esquire, Reich, Alexander, Reisinger & Farrell, LLC, in the sum of $50,000.00, in full and final settlement of any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at No. 07-cv-0157, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2009.
