Resolution amending Resolution No. 220, approved 1997, entitled "Amending Resolution No. 579 approved July 31, 1996, entitled Amending Resolution No. 121, approved March 12, 1996, entitled providing for the implementation of Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "X" in the Shadyside community (Council District #8) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549," so as to amend streets included in Area "X".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 220, approved 1997, which provides for streets included in Area "X" and which presently reads as follows:
Within the area bounded by: Alder Street, from Carron Way to Emerson Street and from South Highland Avenue to Lamont Way; Emerson Street, from Walnut Street to Ravenna Street; Carron Way, from Alder Street to Ravenna Street; Yardley Way, from Alder Street to Ravenna Street; South Highland, from Alder Street to the beginning of the South Highland Avenue Bridge; and Swope, from Ravenna Street to its end;
Is Hereby Amended to Read:
Within the area bounded by: Alder Street, from Carron Way to Emerson Street and from South Highland Avenue Lamont Place, and the north block face to Spahr Street; Emerson Street, from Sellers Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Carron Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; Yardley Way, from Alder Street to Ellsworth Avenue; South Highland, from Alder Street to the beginning of the South Highland Avenue Bridge; and Swope Street, from Ellsworth Avenue to its end.
